Delivery and timing

Your video is digital, so there is no shipping address, no tracking number, and no box to miss. It arrives by email.

Turnaround

Standard delivery is 1–3 business days after payment. “Business days” means Monday to Friday and excludes public holidays. Most videos are filmed within one business day and sent as soon as they are ready.

If you need a video for a specific date, add it on the product page or email us before ordering. We will confirm whether the date is possible before filming. We would rather say no than miss a birthday.

How it arrives

• A confirmation email when payment succeeds, including your order reference.
• A delivery email with a private viewing link and a downloadable HD file.
• The link can be forwarded to the recipient or kept for the right moment.

The viewing link is unlisted. Anyone with the link can view the video, so share it the way you would share a private photo album.

If it has not arrived

1. Check the spam and promotions folders for email from hello@qteros.com.
2. Check your order status with your reference and email.
3. Email us. We will resend the link or check the order manually.

Wrong email address?

Email us as soon as possible. If the video has not been sent, we can update the delivery address. If it has already been sent, we can resend it to the correct address — we may ask a security question to make sure the order belongs to you.

Refilms and revisions

If the name is spelled incorrectly, the phrase is materially different from your brief, or the file is damaged, we will refilm or fix it at no cost. See the refund policy for the full picture.
