Terms of service for Qteros personalized video greetings.
These terms apply when you order a video from Qteros. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before checkout.
1. Who we are
Qteros (“we”, “us”) produces personalized video greetings. You can contact us at hello@qteros.com. Our full legal entity details and registered address are available on request and will be shown on your invoice.
2. The service
We create a short, personalized video based on the team, song, name and phrase you select. The product page describes the approximate length, style and what is included. We may adjust choreography, framing, or song arrangement to fit the format; we will not materially change the meaning of your message.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is accepted when payment succeeds and we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order if the requested content is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise unsuitable. If we cancel for this reason before filming, we will refund the order.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include the personalization described on the product page. Payment is processed by Dodo Payments. We do not receive or store your full card details. Taxes, currency conversion fees, or bank charges may apply depending on where you are.
5. Your content
You are responsible for the name, phrase, pronunciation notes and other details you submit. Do not submit content that infringes someone else’s rights or that you do not have permission to use. You grant us a limited licence to use your submission solely to produce and deliver your video.
6. Delivery
We aim to deliver within 1–3 business days after payment. Delivery is by email to the address you provide. You are responsible for providing a working address and checking spam folders. See our delivery policy.
7. Refunds and re-films
Our refund policy explains when we will refilm or refund an order. Because videos are personalized, change-of-mind refunds are not available once filming has begun.
8. Personal use and sharing
You may share your video with the recipient, family and friends, and on personal social media. You may not resell it, use it in advertising, or present it as your own production without our written permission. We retain copyright in the video and the underlying performance.
9. Privacy
We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order. The date at the top of this page shows when the current version was published.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Qteros is registered, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
