The story

Made for one person.
Performed like it matters.

The Fitness Team is our signature high-energy greeting: red tops, white trousers, quick footwork and a group that clearly enjoys being on camera.

Your recipient’s name goes on the chalkboard, the team performs a short routine to the song you choose, and one performer reads the phrase you send us — clearly, warmly and with feeling.

The photo on this page is a real still from a recent shoot. Your video is filmed to order, so the board, the name and the message will be yours.

How does the Fitness Team video work?

You choose the team and add the recipient’s name, your spoken phrase and a song preference. We film a personalized video and email you a private viewing link and an HD file within 1–3 business days.

Can I choose the song?

Yes. Add a song request on the product page and we will confirm availability before filming. If it does not work for the format, we will suggest an alternative.

What should I write on the chalkboard?

Keep it short — a name, an occasion and a few words, ideally under 60 characters. “Happy 30th, Amara!” or “We love you, Nana.” both work beautifully.

How is the video delivered?

By email, with a private viewing link and a downloadable HD file. There is no shipping address and nothing to install.
